Madeleines
The Madeleine was made known to the world by Marcel Proust’s famous description of the cake in his book, Remembrance of things past. Most Americans get the taste of the cake when they enter a Starbucks and see the almost $3 treat on the counter. Starbucks’ Madeleine may be a taste of heaven but DessertComesFirst’s Madeleines are better and cheaper.
